A community where school Principals can provide each other with Encouragement, Inspiration and Stretch.
Cut backs, industrial action, red tape and so much more. All realities of headship but all too often these things can dominate our thinking to the exclusion of anything else. As Principals we need opportunities to acknowledge and celebrate what's going well and to intentionally create an environment where we can be 'At Our Best'. This community is being developed to provide a protected space for Principals to encourage, inspire and stretch each other.
